Iced Cappuccino - YUM

This recipe is an almost exact duplicate of Starbuck's bottled cappuccino.

Add 1/3cup grinds of original coffee (I used Maxwell House's Rich Original) in filter, and pour one cup of water where the water goes and brew.
Pour coffee back into coffee pot and rebrew with same grinds a second time.
This creates approx. 1/2 cup of Espresso.

In a Pitcher, Blend
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup espresso
2 1/2 cups milk (2%)
1 tbsp. vanilla pudding mix
dash of Nestle cocoa powder

Refridgerate
Makes approx. 24 ounces (I doubled the batch)

You can alternate the milk with strawberry milk or
the vanilla pudding with butterscotch pudding, chocolate, etc.
You can also omit the cocoa powder and instead add vanilla extract, mint extract, etc.
go crazy!!
Do not omit pudding, this gives it the perfect texture.

Beek, I don't understand this part: Brew 1/3 grinds of original coffee (I used Maxwell House's Rich Original) with 1 cup water.

That sounds like it would taste great, but I'd have to use decaf or my hair would be curling!! I can't do caffeine unfortunately. :(
