Basically I'm giving a quick view of life currently. Olivia is in 4 year old kindergarten this year which means she is in school every day of the week from 8:10 - 11:10. She loves school and her teachers. Art is not her favorite because she is not allowed to paint or draw what she wants...she is to what to paint or draw. That is her only school complaint. She does perfect in school. Her best friend is Tylea, but she also really likes Megan and her sister Kaitlen, Maggie, Ally, Cassy, and Reese.
Daryl's business is good, I'm still videotaping weddings, although not as many, and currently we are looking at buying a sign shop. I will of course be running and working it. It could be a fabulous opportunity for us if it goes through. I am looking to train for it this summer, and we are hoping to buy it in the fall.
Tyler is signed up to join the Army. He graduates from high school this year, and leaves for the service in June. Tyler's mother also joined and was shipped out almost immediately. They will not be serving near each other though. She just finished boot camp. We will be very very sad to see Tyler go. We love him very much.
Our largest recent purchase was my baby...a 2002 Lexus RX300. We found it over Memorial Day weekend. It is in fabulous shape with black leather interior and wood trim even on the steering wheel. It has heated seats, a 3 disk changer, sun roof, power everything...I love it.
We also bought a Wii over X-mas. I'm totally hooked. The kids love it as well. We bought the Wii Fit to go with it, and Daryl and I are totally competitive. It is such a fun way to exercise.
We had some tragedies over the holidays. Grandma Bonnie had a very rough December and January. She lost 3 pets over those two months. The first was Maggie, mom's cat who passed away due to stomach problems, then Murphy her beloved horse and Dipper's best friend passed due to a cracked hip that was not healing, and just before Murphy passed away she purchased a miniature horse "Stormy" that was only 6 months old. Weeks after Murphy passed, Stormy collicked and also had to be put down, two days and nights were spent trying to save Stormy. Although most would be extremely discouraged by this, my mother knew that her love for animals would not let it end there. Currently she is seeking out to give another miniature horse a new home. Prayers are with her...I truely believe she is a living angel for animals and that they were blessed and extremely lucky to spend their last moments on earth with her. She devoted every last moment, and all the love she could possibly give in their last days of life. If anyone deserves joy and peace with a future animal...it would be her. I wish her all the luck with her search.

Starting up Posts Again
Well, I'm going to give this a shot again....something always seems to distract me and it seems that I never have time to post anything...even harder still is doing it at home, which is what I do. First of all, I have been posting Olivia's comments of the day in the past...I have some to update with and decided to just do it in this paragraph.
One day Olivia was sitting next to me and out of the blue said "Mom, I'm so very proud about you"
Olivia "Mom, I'm going to kiss your hand and you hold it until I'm not home and then you can put it on your cheek or your heart, because your heart is like a bag...it holds lots of kisses.
Olivia "Mom, your special energy is my love"
Olivia "My kisses are like music, they make a beat. It is my music for you that only you can hear, it has magical powers."
One day I let Olivia give me a pretend "make-over". She was cutting and combing my hair, doing my nails, and I told her that I also needed make-up. Olivia said "Mom, you know you can't wear too much make-up or boys won't think you are stylish.
Olivia "Mom, I'm going to grab and snack from the kitchen and mow" ... "I'm just going to mow mom"
Olivia in the car on the way to school -it was her special day to be first in line and bring a show and tell item, she was very excited, and snack for everyone (string cheese and vanilla wafers) - proceeded to list off all the people in the world she loves. Olivia said "Mom, I love dad, and sister, and Tyler, Aunt Carrie, Grandma Bonnie, Papa.....Mom, is Grandma Bonnie married?"
I was talking on the phone and of course Olivia was listening to my conversation. I was telling Jenny how for Jenna's homework for school we had to write a paragraph about a family member. I was explaining to Jenny that we wrote about Aunt Carrie and how she speeks Spanish, and travels all around the world. After I hung up Olivia said "Mom, I've been all around the world too, I've been to Jenny's house, Grandma's house, Aunt Carrie's house..."
It was cold out in the fall and Olivia wanted to swing in the back yard around 3pm. We bundled up and went out. She swang for about 5 minutes and it started to rain. I told Olivia that we had to go inside. Olivia upset got off her swing and took my hand. She looked up at me and said "Mom, that wasn't very nice of god!"
We were eating at McDonalds in the car before going into her dance class. Livy was in the front seat by me eating and I saw a tear start to go down her cheek from a watery eye due to her sinuses. I wiped it off her cheek with my finger and Olivia said "Mom, do you know why I'm crying?" I asked her why and she said "Because you are so beautiful."
Olivia was put in bed for the night and started to tell me about her day at school. She said her teacher made everyone a helper and asked kids to do things to help out in class. Olivia said she was very quiet and she did not get called on. Olivia said "I was very dissappointed about that."
